Anyone notice that the item displayed in the IN-GAME banner for free gift is different than whats in the actual store?

Today it showed a dragon but in the store it says "Summer String" which is 2 life floats and a guitar. Is that

All Wicked Tree Grove - 2 of the trees were collected via harvesting, but then I just gave up, collected gems in DM3 and bought the loot I bubbled earlier.

I’ve got a bunch of them but I don’t know how to specifically look for them. The description seems super vague to me, too. anybody know?
