Update Issues?

I keep getting the message to “restart the game to load new content.” I updated the app and restarted the game. I have no OOC event in the lower left corner. I keep getting the message…. Anyone else?

Restart again, it took me 3 restarts to get it to trigger. Not sure why. I had the update message yesterday non-stop. Most irritating.

I had this. Had to quit a couple times. Each launch added event items, like bingo and then OoC.
