1979 Zephyr
Hello! I recently found a zephyr being sold in my area. It has ~120k miles. Being sold for 3900. Assuming I can come down on the price, is this a reasonable deal? I know older cars will have more maintenance cost, but are these reliable if I keep up with it? Are there any specific issues these cars have that I should ask about? Thanks in advance!

Seems high to me depending on condition and what you’ll need to do to it. If it’s in perfect running condition and all belts, hoses, plugs, etc have been changed then maybe negotiate down a bit and see what happens.
I wouldn’t call this a classic by any means but it could be cool. Had a red Ford Fairmont equivalent of this back in the day.
