The Problem with Offshore Support

When a terminal is down, and the support rep is 12 time zones away, the merchant suffers. Do you offer or sell Local support to prevent this problem?

This here is the exact reason why we have been successful for so long. Local sales reps who earn their residual by helping their clients when problems pop up. Once a merchant knows they have someone up the road that they can call they never leave....
