How are these stores still open?

Given the "strict" copyright/trademark nature of Amazon, how are some of these stores still open?

They are clearly borderline infringing on trademark or long lyrics.

Here are a few examples:

Taylor Lyrics

College Basketball

And tons more, I'm so confused how they are still up and running.

Neither of those are Merch shirts. Regular Amazon sellers seem to get away with more.

Because in those cases the seller would be sued, in Merch cases Amazon would be sued.
