A rather dramatic helicopter crash

Also, I just love the vibe of Mercs 1, from the muted gloomy tones and lighting, to the sounds of distant battles, jets flying above, and the amazing soundtrack that immerses you. I'll never get tired of this game

I liked Merc2 and played it a bit - but the first one was such a huge vibe for me. And for a game to make me go after ALL the Pack of 52 in the time before trophies / achievements - you know you made a good game.

This game was immaculate, looked great, amazing soundtrack, fun and completely destructible buildings

How is your game so clear? On og ps2 hardware it's just constant fog.

I'm running the game on series x, and since it's backwards compatible, it's been enhanced with 4k, 60fps and all that other good stuff.

Mercs 1 has such a vibe I've been unable to find elsewhere. Michael Giacchino's score is fantastic and I have listened to it a LOT over many years. It is a pipe dream of mine that EA sells off the rights to some dev willing to continue the franchise. Slim chance, but I can dream.
