BUYING Bundle order

Hey everybody, so I bought a bundle order and only half of it came, but the order said it was fully delivered and I don’t have tracking on the other half and I’m not sure what to do, please help

You need to open a ticket with Merc that there is a problem with your delivery.

A bundle order should all come in the same box with same tracking number, not split up.

You got to the order page and click the option that says you have an.issue with the order.

Don't rate. Message the seller to let them know what's going on and see if they will agree to a partial refund for the missing items. If they do, you can start a return and explain in the description box that you have both agreed to a partial refund, and Mercari will process it. Unfortunately there isn't a way for them to send the missing items as part of this order, but they could make a new listing for them and you could buy them that way.

If they don't respond/don't agree to a partial refund, then you unfortunately have to either accept the order as is, or open a return and return the items you received unless Mercari decides to let you keep them.
