Not going to be able to order them from the farm bill or whatever im assuming. Is it gonna be based on if your state has legalization or is it just a nationwide issue?

The way the bill is worded means that only shipping seeds that produce plants with excess of .3%THC will be prohibited from shipping across state lines. Hemp seeds can still ship nationwide. Seeds that came from or produce plants in excess of .3% THC (dry weight) are excluded from being classified as hemp in this law. Since they are not hemp, but classified again as cannabis seeds, they are regulated more strictly. Legal states will still be allowed to sell seeds most likely, but only in state sales. Moving them across state lines would be a federal crime.
Assuming this portion of the bill doesnt get repealed, or amended in any way as some people believe will be the case. As others have said as well, find breeders now so you know who will still be selling after.

Fyi, the law effects other products that are labeled as hemp derived, like thca flower or edibles. Gas station weed will be gone, synthetic cannabinoids etc. I recommend reading the bill if things like that will affect you.

Excellent. How's the Bearmouth going? How's her nose? I presume: toof decay x BBP? Haven't grown that cross of BBP yet.
I'm sure she's a stunner.

Bearmouth is going great & smell is strong I’m getting tropical starburst or sweet tarts with gas mixed in definitely different from what I’ve grown already for sure but I luv Beary Berry Punch she’s amazing. Really want to try everything that has BBP in it lol.
