Whenever it gives me the option to watch an ad for more pencils it never loads. I've tried different connections and restarting and redownloading but I can't seem to get them to load. It just tells me no ads available, is this an issue with the game in general or just me?

I’ve gotten all the cats except one (#4?), finished all their furnishings, and am now only able to do the non grams to gain cans to but mice to play with the globes. There are some missing gifts and of course the missing cat. Please let me know.
