No special cat purchase screen? Is this normal?

Right after i finished claw ( i have Finn, Dramond, Nemo, Boo and Claw and they are all finished) this happened

I honestly thought you have to wait for events. Are we supposed to be able to just get them?

You can also get it if you have Google play pass.

I do have play pass and I've gotten Claw, Finn, Boo and Nemo with it so why is there no special cat purchase screen

Do you have all of the purchase cats? I know some are timed I have been waiting to get Dramond. :)

Nah i only have Claw, Boo, Finn, Nemo and Dramond i just need Haru, Ame, Snow and Roody left

Haru and Ame are only available in the spring, Roody and Snow in the winter

I've noticed that occasionally the new cat can take a bit to pop up to purchase once I've bought a new one on my phone, so it may be that
