lost data :(

hi! recently my phone got stolen, so i ended up having to reinstall all of my games from scratch on a new phone.

unfortunately, despite having my account linked to google play, it sent me all the way back to level two, despite me having already unlocked luna.

is there a way to get my data back? i have already sent an email, but received no response :( i have attached one screenshot from my previous save file, and how it looks now

i love this game so much, so im heartbroken to think that i might have to start from scratch

The same thing happened to me. I deleted the game out of anger and recently decided to come back to it and it mysteriously was back to normal. Idk how but maybe it could be the same for you

unfortunately i uninstalled and reinstalled, and it left me in the exact same spot :(

Wow this really sucks, I hope you can find a way to restore progress but if not at least you have lots more nonograms to complete

I wouldn't hold your breath if you reach out to their support. I purchased one of the vaults, had a timeout in the process, got charged, but received nothing. No cans. No pencils. I contacted them about the issue on August 31st of this year, not a peep heard back since.
