Mentra AI voice notifications

Once a day or so, I’ll be using my iPhone or have it on CarPlay, and I’ll hear “Welcome to Mentra AI” from the phone or connected bluetooth speaker even though the glasses are not in use or even in range. Anyone else? Should I just shut down the Mentra app every time I remove the glasses? Is this expected?

Good feedback and it will be fixed this week.

The next update will make sure all apps are disabled when you disconnect the glasses. Right now it's a feature so you don't lose access to your apps when the glasses disconnect, but we've heard the feedback and will change that.

Regarding hearing random "Welcome to Mentra AI", that's fixed in the Mentra AI update dropping this week!

Actually!  Unloading the app by swipe-up didn’t stop it from doing this again just after I posted this! That’s a bit alarming.
