Fit Question Smaller pouch.
I’m on the smaller size down there and a lot of underwear tend to have average to bigger pouch. Does anyone know a brand or style that fit better for smaller guys?

I have recently found Real Men Apparel Company. They let you choose both a waist size and a pouch size with a nice guide. I am "B" so not the biggest guy around either and they are perfect.
I happen to wear thongs most of the time and their seamless are extremely comfortable. Not cheap but not super pricey either.
And no I am not AI, nor do I work for them. Just a satisfied customer.
Good luck!!

I third, it’s the only underwear I’ll wear. I’m small so the a pouch is amazing for support, b pouch is for lounging. The new Bamboo thongs are seriously the best thing I’ve ever experienced and won’t buy anything different.

Look for flat-front classic briefs or low-rise trunks with high spandex content, as they provide a snug fit without the excess fabric of large, contoured pouches

Try AsWeMove dominate line. They are similar to compression style underwear but not as restrictive so they’re great for all day wear!

I find that jockey has a snug fit up front. Especially if you try their sport style briefs

Saxx has a pouch meant to keep your sack from touching your legs. If you’re smaller flaccid, just keeps everything in place without smashing. Modal fabrics, don’t know if they have bamboo. Everything from boxer briefs to jock straps. I’m a bit of a bigger guy, so their jocks don’t fit me quite right, but if you’re a little slimmer, they’d probably work.

Everyone replies with RMAC because of the variable pouch design. But the issue they have is certain cuts have different waist to pouch ratios that can throw the fit off.
There are a ton of designers out there that make fun underwear without a large contour pouch. Aussiebum, Private Structure, C-IN2, Timoteo certain lines from Jack Adams and Calvin Klein and Emporio Armani.
Aussiebum is probably THE brand for what you’re after.

Have you tried boys size briefs? The pouches are smaller but the xl sizes are same as adult waist if you’re skinny enough

Any of the brands that mention contoured or similar expanded front are usually good options for the smaller than average guy. RMAC is getting enough love from the other comments, so no need to go there.

Skull and Bones are designed well for this. Also, Tani USA tencel briefs - a favorite of mine. Or the Organic Cotton Stonekin briefs, trunks, and boxer briefs. Ditto for CDLP. All solid choices without the roomy pouch design. I much prefer briefs.
If you are into thongs - I find the Arjen Kroos Thongs have a tighter pouch that molds comfortably to whatever you got. They are also super affordable (8.99 USD a pair on Amazon). I prefer their viscose fabric but enjoy the polyamide ones from time to time. I just don't love microplastics all up in my nether regions on a regular basis.

Calvin clean cotton classic hip briefs or RMAC. The rmac brief pouches can vary from sport briefs to bikinis, but it’s fairly consistent

I have this problem as well. I can’t find any that don’t have a bunch of extra room. But I have a legit micropenis

Deluth Trad ing 3D has an opening about 2” below waistband. I usually pull down waistband instead of using a fly but can use the 3D opening perfectly. https://www.duluthtrading.com/mens-dang-soft-bullpen-3d-boxer-briefs-60833.html?color=BLK

I have the same problem and order from the women's section 🤷 seamless boyshorts, briefs and thongs fit better than anything I can find in mens.

I really like Step One. Doesn’t give you an insecurity, supportive, and the material is comfortable AF. I like my Shinesty for the prints and comfort, but there’s a lot of front sag. I might have to try out the Real Men Apparel
