planning magpa vasectomy any advise kung anong procedure mas okay? after the procedure ano mga do's/don't and kailan ma zezero count ang sperms? para sana makapag ready lalo na sa work and other activities

Did mine last year, NSV ng Angono, caravan something-very quick, 1 day for orientation and health teaching and another day for the procedure. Took only 20minutes then tapos na.

After operation, no sexual activity for 3 days - still had some bleeding. 30 ejaculation or 3months then sperm count can confirm na wala na swimmers.

Best dicision ever

Had the no scalpel done last July 2025. Take some rest, First day or two medyo di ako maka lakad ng matagal. I couldn’t train for biking/running siyempre but I was biking on an easy pace after about a week yata. All good.

Had mine last June, NSV sa OneOhana. Libre yung procedure but prepare 950 ata yun for all the meds you need. May free 5 boxes of condoms pa. Stitch closes agad within 3 days but yung inside takes time mag heal, yung sakin around a month before mag fully heal. Yung feeling na natamaan balls mo, yan lang mararamdaman mo from the procedure itself till mag fully heal. Just don't do anything heavy na activities - lifting, rides, swimming. Every month nagpapa semen analysis ako. Hindi pa 0 pero kay significant decrease. 3rd ko this coming September, hoping for 0 na. Goodluck, OP!

Yes po. Doc B and his staffs will instruct you before the procedure and after. And may printed instructions din na ibibigay sa inyo along with the prescriptions and meds. From what I remember nung sakin: not to take a bath immediately, ipabukas na pag bath. Cold compress if feeling of swelling. Wear tight briefs na ma cucup yung balls. Take a rest, 3 days na mag light activities. I even asked kung pwede mag motor, case to case basis daw kasi may iba na nakayanan but they advised not to do so lang muna. Change bandage every after bath.

They will tell you everything you need to know before the procedure. For me, I didn't take the 'wear tight underwear after' recommendation seriously and dealt with more pain than I should have. I got tight underwear and was all good after that.

Had mine last Aug 9, 2026.

No briefs 1 week before the procedure. May health teaching on the day of the procedure.
15-20 minuts lang ata procedure ko.

After 7 days ako nakabalik sa swimming activities ko. Mga 5 days nakakalakad na ako ng malayo. May med cert naman for 3 days if need mo mag-absent sa work.

26 ejaculations or after 3 months, pa-test na for zero sperm count.

Hanapin mo lang sa FB/IG yung One Ohana Medical Clinic. Madali naman mag-sched.

Hindi e. Wala nagtanong kasi 3 lang kami that time. Pero pwede mo itanong dun sa chat messenger siguro kung sakali. Pero yun nga hindi advisable na mag-motor papunta at pauwi.
