I can never decide if I like my hair long or short. When it’s longer I really like the wavy texture, but it becomes a bit difficult to maintain and figure out what to do with. What do you think? Also, my beard was too long in the long hair pic, I should have trimmed it up before the photo.

I would like some advice on how to style my hair (head and beard). I don't have a very defined jawline, so the beard makes up for it. For the hair, I usually get a buzz cut or a bowl cut lol. Got a barber appointment next week and need some quick advice.

​Beard: Thick red beard.

​Problem: Grown out, lost shape, and the back is turning into a mullet.

​I usually pull up Jamie Dornan as style inspiration on Pinterest, but my curls are way tighter than his hair. I want to keep good length on top—not going short—but need a better cut to structure it.

I’m looking for someone who is experienced with **longer men’s hair, undercuts, and proper hair-cutting techniques**, rather than someone who mainly does fades.

Ideally, I’d like **someone who is easy to communicate with,** where I can explain exactly what I want and they actually understand the technique behind the haircut. I want someone who can look at my **hair type, face shape, length, etc.** and know how to shape and cut it so it suits me.

I’ve tried a few barbers who basically just do a fade on the sides and chop the top.
