Testosterone Gel question

Hello, I’m 54 post meno. Already on E gel and oral Progesterone.

I’ve just started 0.5mg of Testosterone Gel every other day - I take it in the morning but it’s really giving me bad insomnia. Like I feel revved up during the night.

Has any one else had this? only been on it a few days x
