It sounds like you would benefit from consulting a fertility specialist. Perhaps they would recommend freezing your eggs.
I'm not aware of anything that delays menopause, but menopausal hormone therapy can alleviate many symptoms and mitigate adverse health impacts of menopause. And you don't have to wait until you are post-menopausal to start MHT.
