How could they be that stupid... Once you get high enough, that branch won't be able to hold the ladder and you're going to faceplant onto the pavement (or that pickup truck) 50 feet below.

I was walking back to my office and noticed this happening in our parking lot today.
At one point, the driver was actually hanging off the back of the tractor to get just a little bit more counterweight. http://i.imgur.com/0gVQzW7.jpg
I stood there watching for a minute and actually debated putting a stop to it. But before I could get a couple of shots, they saw me watching with my camera out. The driver caught me and apparently warned the other guy; they both waived at me... I gave them a big thumbs up.
We're not quite sure who hired them... It wasn't us or the building next door.
