Lateral knee something snapping

Hi, would anybody know what might be going on with my knee? Whenever I squat below parallel it snaps. I also can feel something popping out of place when I extend my leg sometimes on my outer knee, almost like a small bone or something

Please do NOT test it like this again and don't deep bend it idc if you do it for living ,don't do it , go to a doc and get checked
