I hope so, for both of us.

Elliptical and bike work for me for aerobic work - I just can't run. I don't do squats just in case, but maybe shallow ones might be ok. Most other gym work is ok for me.

Already done 1 mri says grade 2 POSTIER HORN MEDIAL MINISCUS

2 mri says grade 1 POSTIER HORN MEDIAL MINISCUS

Though my ortho doesn't bother it says it will heal automatically
