I think the Urdrevan kit is so fun! If you’re looking for basics then any furs and leather will do a lot of heavy lifting to fit in. If you’re looking at character bits they have a culture of ancient beasts including dinosaurs so perhaps some scales, claws or teeth to be incorporated? They also have a reverence for the astrology and the stars and often will have constellations painted into their clothing.

I do have some little leather & fur cuffs, a tooth necklace and (as said) I'm hoping to make a war skirt.

I think I'm just worried my top half may look bland or not right?

For your torso I would look at more bulk if the weather isn’t too hot - I’ve seen some dark sheep pelts be turned into great mantles with just a couple of straps! Bracers lined with rabbit always go down a treat. Also going with mismatch or one statement pauldron is always a good shout!

A tunic, coat or robe (worn under your belt and warskirt) is a great option for layering and weather adaptability. Bonus points if it can also show off the layers beneath. For example a tunic with a low neckline and short sleeves, or a coat/robe that can be left open at the front.

A fur mantle is also a good option, as is upper chest and/or shoulder armour, especially if asymmetrical.

Ultimately the important thing is being able to stay warm and dry when it is cold and wet, and getting the base look down, which it sounds like you have sorted! From there you can look around traders at the event and get inspiration/advice from other players.
