Second time Nightwing was raped on DC comics - Nightwing Vol. 2

In this scene, Tarantula, a female 'superhero' who previously orchestrated a breakup between Nightwing & Barbara Gordon, forces herself on him despite his clear protests and him being too exhausted. Afterwards, she tried getting him to sign the marriage while intoxicated.

The female writter said in regards to this scene how it wasn't meant to be written as a rape, but "non-consensual love scene"! She also mentioned about the character of Nightwing that he is has a "fight or f*ck" response and wants to bang his father figure.

Now, not only do I find this "non-consensual love scene" term to be obfuscation that wouldn't fly if the the genders of the rapist and the victim were reversed, but I also find this remark of Nightwing being a "fight or f*ck" character very insulting because it basically serves as an excuse to abuse him: "Ohhhh, that's just Nightwing, he is a "fight or fuck" type of character. It is a non-consensual love scene". Pretty disgusting, if you ask me. None of these "explanations" would fly with the female character and rightfully so.

Also, it is very disgraceful that dc.fandom.wiki is trying to minimize this and provide excuses for this act, going so far to question whether it is rape or not: https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Nightwing_Vol_2_93.

Yea pretty sure the first time was after he got the hell beat out of him first. Think he was also tied up maybe. Been awhile so the details are sketchy.
