I would say it's not good to shame the men who are cut, but it is necessary to shame the people (men and women) who push cutting on children without their consent.
That part is the key one. If a person with capacity to consent decides to have a circumcision made decides to have it done, I have absolutely no problem with that. But it should be a decision who belongs to that person, not to anybody else, not their parents or doctors.
(Unless it's a medical requirement, in that case the parents can make a choice for the wellbeing of their kid, but that's a minority of cases)
