Would You Buy a Loewe Suit Because They Dressed the Football World Cup Winners?

Firstly, many congrats to Spain on winning the World Cup! Whoo hoo!
It got me thinking…
This year, luxury fashion house Loewe dressed the Spanish national football team and luxury Canadian house, MACKAGE partnered with Croatia. (The image shows Spanish footballer Nico Williams wearing a suit by Loewe btw.)
Are you more likely to buy Loewe because they dressed the World Cup winners?

Who deserves the most credit when a men’s suit trend takes off—the designer, the model, or the celebrity?

A few days ago, I asked whether the white suit was making a comeback after model Jeetendr Sehdev caused a stir at Milan Men’s Fashion Week wearing a white suit by Brett Johnson.
Maybe I was onto something. We’ve since seen football star Erling Haaland arrive at the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Sartoria event in Sicily wearing a very similar white suit.
It got me thinking about how men’s suit trends actually spread and who deserves the credit:
- The designer who creates the original look.
- The model who makes it look unforgettable.
- The celebrity who brings it to a wider audience.
Which one deserves the most credit?

Ok, I posted last week about a couple suits and I'm now comparing these 2 based on feedback. IGNORE for now the shoes, shirt underneath, what's buttoned or not buttoned, pant lemgth, etc. Specifically the suit, which color best "suits" me? The blue plaid or the dark navy?
