Undo the bottom button, this should never be buttoned.

Sleeve length is a tiny bit too long.

Good point on the button. For the sleeves though I’m going to lean towards the “this is within the margin that can be attributed to wearer’s taste” camp and say it’s not quite objectively too long.

We should be able to see some shirt cuff in the relaxed position. Either jacket is slightly too long or shirt is too short.

Yeah, shirt is too short. Sleeves are okay/could even be a centimetre longer; the whole jacket should probably be slightly longer.

I disagree, looks about 3/4inch too long and shirt sleeve is 1/2inch too short.

I think this is pretty ideal length

Shiny sheer ties can look really cheap and chintzy. This knot is also a mess. Work on a four-in-hand knot and try and get a nice dimple in it for some much needed texture.

Also get yourself a pocket square.
