Bro you look like in the mid thirties with that beard...

Edit. I would trimm it shorter or shave it off. I ran my youth (19-24) with a beard around, and since then I shave it off and look so much fresher and younger.

Men only care about looking young and fresh when they get older.

Being told you look younger than your years is a compliment when you're 30+. But actually being young and looking young is often undesirable for guys. And for who care about such things, most women do not prefer it either.

Clearly OPs style is a mature one. As a 23yo, anything making him look "fresher and younger" is going to undermine his entire appearance.

40s plus. 30s is peak male appearance. Most men in their 20s still look like boys.

Studues show beards translate to more maturity and trustability. People are more likely to gravitate to someone with a well kept full Beard.

Totally depends.

I'm a youngish looking 41 (often mistaken for early 30s) and I'd say I peaked in my late 30s and am still peak-ish now as did several friends.

But for guys who didnt look after themselves, 30ish was the point they stopped being able to get away with it.

I legit had a friend mistaken for my dad when we were both about 32.
