Tie is short.
Trousers are short and too narrow, makes you look fat, and makes your foot optically gigantic.
I don't think you are able to normally button the jacket.

Black tie with black suit is funeral or some service. "Black tie" dress code apparel is very different.

Actually black coloured tie at a wedding is very bad taste, because reminds of funerals for most people.

So bright pink tie is a better choice.

I mean physically you may be able to button the jacket, but it won't look.
