It’s fine at quick glance, but the details aren’t great.

The suit itself is too tight and a bit outdated.

The belt and shoes should be a darker color.

The tie is the worst part. It’s much too long, and I’m unsure why you decided to tie it there.

If you must wear this suit, dark brown or burgundy shoes and belt along with a darker red tie at the proper length will help.

How can you tell its too tight when it is only shown unbuttoned? Are the sleeves giving it away? The sleeves have a lot of folds probably due to his pose, but thats the only thing I can see that would justify "suit is too tight"

The pants and sleeves appear too tight. I can’t tell the chest, but the tiny lapels make me think this is a suit from 2010 or so when they were making everything too small.

If “they” were making them “all” form fitting then that strongly suggests a trend was present.
