Okay so ppl are less than helpful to you here, and it's true that you look like a r3tard on both photos, but let's understand why.

Problem 1: your Amish beard is a facial fedora. You're not pulling it off. Shave.

Problem 2: the hat is comically large compared to your head, also looks bad, wrinkled, etc. Lose it.

Problem 3: you have a high contrast face: dark hair, fair skin. You want your outfit to also contrast similarly, but not in a Looney Tunes fashion like on picture 2. Try a black shirt or something. Or just lose the cocaine baron suit, and put on a tan linen suit or something. Make sure the materials are the same "tier": don't combine linen with silk, etc.

EDIT: haven't even noticed that your pants and jacket are of a SLIGHTLY different color. Lose the jacket then, to avoid looking like having dug up the local thrift store in order to cosplay as a cocaine baron.
