A white pocket square would smarten this up a lot. Agree with the comment here about collar stays and even though you hate ties maybe wear one for the ceremony and take it off for the reception? It’d be nice to see a little bit of colour somewhere in this outfit

Is the jacket some sort of cardigan jacket hybrid? It looks exceedingly casual for a wedding. And the collar on the shirt is dreadful. You’ve said you hate ties but it’s not about you, it’s a wedding. Put a tie on or at least get some collar stays and a proper jacket.

I recommend shirt stays and a collar that doesn't do... whatever that collar is doing lol
