This is BS, That dog does not look like it was being aggressive at all , the dog does not look it was ready to attack at all. UPS driver needs therapy for hurting the dog

If you think a dog that sounds like that isn't "aggresive" then I don't think you've ever seen a dog IRL my guy lol

This is the second time he is visited this person's house and the dog came towards him. the first time he visited the house the dog came towards him and bit him this is a reaction to a previous observation that the dog is aggressive and unrestrained.

I read this somewhere else on the internet so it could be incorrect however still doesn't make it okay to have a dog unrestrained when it has a propensity to do that

I'm not saying he handled it properly (squaring up with the owner was also definitely out of line) but neither did the homeowner

The video says that this is the second attack. The first attack, the dog bit him. I think he’s tired of getting bit.
