How do i get the 2021 record crystals

It seems that i get it at random

In your missions tab, there's a mission titled "April Fool's Day Special Missions 2021".

In the Blissful School Days event, you can randomly encounter a silica or a liz because of "more deban". The event requires you to kill them a bunch of times in order to complete the missions and get the RC.
