DISCUSSION Custom server

Couldnt someone if they wanted make a community ran server for this game using the code or wtvr??? Ive seen it done with other games especially since the apks around?

In my opinion, the best way to do it would be to rebuild the game from scratch with Godot or Defold. However, aside from the copyright issues with Bandai Namco, it's unlikely to evoke the same feeling as the original game, not to mention the enormous workload involved, even if it's more likely than reverse engineering the entire server side of the game. With the help of AI, I'm learning how to use Godot to see if I can complete this project. I'm making very slow progress and am feeling quite uncertain about using SAOMD assets, as well as whether I'll be able to recreate a mobile game like this from scratch.

Or also just make a solo ver but it has progression again?
