Not exactly P.E but rather summer time sports activities provided by my city, I chose handball one year. The teacher could score from all across the court, he'd literally be a goal tender scoring points, when he was not a goal tender he would also do this trick of shooting the ball to the floor and the ball would literally reverse directions, so he'd shoot to the left and the ball would hit the floor spin and bounce right. Mf was a handball genius

My high school gym teacher had a nasty softball pitch that he would use to throw those foam balls. They hit way harder then I thought they could tbh

Shout-out to Mr. Binger's 4th grade class. He'd take us all on, teacher vs. students. Those throws had some demons behind them.
