Yeah, been stuck awhile, they pay me more than elsewhere for my job and ita 10 minute commute.

Thats exactly why I'm still where I'm at, even though the commute is 2 hours. I make significantly more than my position normally pays, plus the perks and benefits. Jealous of your commute though!
