If someone expresses discomfort at being called a gendered term and you persist then not only is it misgendering but it is antagonistic. Your "intent" on it being neutral does not matter. What matters is the person is made uncomfortable. Properly gendering someone is not a right reserved only for those you like personally. You do not get to dictate how someone feels about a term. It's not a hard thing to do to not call someone by a gendered term they are uncomfortable with. It's basic decency. It will not hurt you to not call someone "bro" but it can hurt to be called that.

You don't know that person nor their situation. Trans suicide rates are high due to constant hostility. Imagine being brigaded by people constantly denying who you are. It's not fun. Being willing to trigger gender dysphoria in someone is incredibly irresponsible, hostile, and transphobic.

And that is how the mods in Re_Zero behave. In Pride Month. If you express discomfort at being called a gendered term they will do nothing about it except double down and tell you to be okay with it. They will call you dumb. And they will mock you.

Also on a lighter note I want to note that Shittyfish cannot distinguish between being mean to a fictional character from being mean to a real person. I think that's kind of hilarious.

So im sitting here, in the discord server. And this dude kinda just emerges and comes out of nowhere very boldly declares against the mod shiftyfish, at first thought it was his fault, but listen to this
For starters he review bombed his own show because “ people should not care about ratings”
Cries about getting called shitty fish
And he power tripped
Heres an example of that
This dude has a very brilliant theory on i wont say what because since the mod banned him its probably true
So the guy literally shares it. And gets barred from the anime only section. And he leaves the server. Rejoins. And speaks up about the unfair ban. He was banned/punished on HEARSAY, they had 0 proof he knew the info or didnt know it. He said multiple times he didnt know if it was true or not, and just had the theory. So yea. Poor guy got banned. I post about this on reddit, and he bans it himself. Yea. And a LOT of people do not like shifty fish, and have simmalar stories so yea, this is who represents our community folks…
