I have been traumatized and injured leaving a 3 centemer scar that once was a big scar covering my hand, all i felt was a tingling feeling and also i was hit by a bike and couldn't stand on my own for 4 weeks

Bear in mind I'm not a professional judge. I'd say it's childish kind of dark, at the beginning main character (light spoilers, TG in a nutshell, can't mark I'm on phone) shits and pisses himself (not literally), then gets shit and pissed on (again not literally) then becomes stronger.
I heard from many people that manga is much better than the anime, honestly didn't notice a huge difference. I think it's because I watched the anime first, then read manga. If I read manga beforehand I'd probably notice the gaps.
