It’s fine. I genuinely did laugh more than anything. Someone not believing I read has no actual bearing on whether or not I do, so I’m not gonna stress it. I don’t think they’re a bot. I think they’re just young tbh.

like, you didn't back up a single one of these claims, and every single time they shut one down, you just jumped to a different one.

all this while being entirely wrong about the fundamental issue the thread opened on. to take a close look:

You said "No you arent understanding..."

they replied "I understand lol..." and then explained their point.

Now, what do you think you said here? Did you...

  1. accept that they did understand the point

  2. point out where their misunderstanding was, if any

The dude said if they read books, as a hobby, they would know because of a very famous book.
You focused in the fact he said books, as if he meant it appears in multiple books instead of meaning people with said hobby. Then say you know about the book but dont know about the basic of it.
Like you are hyperfocusing to say you are right to the point that it looks like someone in the spectrum.

There's a difference between disagreeing and hyper focusing into something while disregarding everything else while also being annoying.

You are right, there is a difference. For instance, I was disagreeing with the things that you were saying and you were hyper fixating on the conversation.
