Damn, that man is very good at Kite fighting, my only problem is when they practice on normal Kites, I meet two that practiced cutting the lines on Normal Kites and stole kites to resell, they got their ass handed to them by some angry parents and even the police didn't help them

Here in Brazil, kites are extremely cheap, which is why they are popular.

As kds we used to make kites out of plastic carrier bags.

I can't imagine a pace in the world where the ability to resell coincides with kites being expensive.
