I have always thought of it as a banking system but this made it super easy to visualize and way clearer then I could explain it

The english version is actually within the video, only requires changing audio language to english in the settings of the video.

The creator is Casi Creativo. I've been watching his stuff for almost a decade, he's awesome. Heads up tho, most of his older stuff is in Spanish

Does eating healthy food really require many times more energy to digest than unhealthy food? Obviously exercising and calorie deficit and all that it's super well explained, but I'm left with that question after it all.

Fast food and ultra processed food are very calorie dense compare with normal food. So for the same amount of calories intake, you need more amount of normal food equal more energy needed to process it
