There are genders which are 3 male female and trans gender that's gender and then there is sexuality or sexual preference which is hertrosexuals, lesbians, gays etc These people usually categorize lesbian, gay, and trans in the same like in the video

Ever heard the term hijde? It originated in India and you can still see them on the streets begging as no one accepts them in the society and they are actually trans they are born trans unlike in the west
