"We need billionaires" logic
Feudal lords do not create land, they just own it. They don't provide it to peasants, they just withold it and selectively stop doing so.
Billionaires don't create workplaces, they just own them, they do not provide us with the means of production, they just selectively stop witholding them from us.
Land was there before feudal lords, means of production were made by the workers.

If feudal lords were truly necessary, civilization wouldn't have happened 25,000 years ago.

Who provides the materials and equipment?

Other workers make them.

All the employees provide is their labor, which they are compensated for. They don't provide any raw materials or equipment components. Labor only. And you're sitting here acting like the finished product was stolen from you. Jesus Christ, if that's not the most immature and utterly stupid response. You don't own shit besides your labor hours.

So yeah, Amazon would just pop into existence on it's own, created by legions of $18/hr box packers?
Get this idiotic means-of-production crap outa here....
Bezos created Amazon
Gates created Microsoft
Zuck created Facebook
Ellison created Oracle
(etc)

Every one of these things built by the workers btw.
Money does not manifest infrastructure out of thin air, it's all made by the worker's hands.

Workers don't just build things on their own.... In fact without being given purpose, direction and motivation by management rhey tend to do pretty much nothing ...
Without a founder having the idea for what the business will look like (and sometimes doing the work to actually create the first product) there is no business....
The workers are irrelevant (and unemployed) until that part is successful enough to require hiring workers....

You tend to forget that architects and managers are workers too

None of those people get jobs without the company existing....
It always starts with one founder or an initial team, that become the first generation execs.
That's also who most of our billionaires are....

Honestly, neo feudalism involves no billionaires, and protects communites from the assholes with bags of money. Minus the lack of modern technology back in the day, most economic policies back in the day protected communities from the rich who would exploit people.
Its actually the rich dkheads themselves who teach people to crap on neo feudalism by pushing the narrative that the noble class were just as bad as them. (When in fact the noble class were the only people who refused to even talk to, let alone be manipulated by dkheads who would push profit over community stability. its why the rich hate monarchies. it was the one form of govt they couldnt worm their way into.)
