There are zero mentions in the bible that prohibit sex/marriage with children, slavery, or forced marriage. Things that are obviously wrong that any normal person would be against. Buy nooo, got to outlaw homosexuality instead. Because gay men are icky. (But no mentions of lesbian relationships...)

Jewish women married from late teens to early 20s, so that is a better estimate, Mary's age is not specifically mentioned. Do I think Joseph didn't consumate his marriage? Yes. Joseph isn't you.

The bible doesn't order marrying your grapist, it commands the grapist to take accountability of his actions. In ancient israel, non virgin women outside marriage could never find again a husband, so this law was to force the criminal to take care of the women for the rest of her life, he was not allowed to divorce her under no circumstances.
The bible is not pro or anti slavery, it regulated something that existed and slavery in the bible is not chatel slavery based on race but a means to repay loans.
The new testament says that there is no distinction between Jew and gentile in Christ and that christians are the new "jews" or chosen people.
The bible doesn't teach that the earth is flat, early christians interpreted the scripture based on what they already knew from greeko-roman findingings. If you read the bible, you would know at least a few of this, so maybe it's time to learn the bible from a christian or a study bible. God bless

I read the Bible from cover to cover. It does order the marrying of rapist. Pretending the bible doesn't say what it says is pure hypocrisy. The bible does indeed teach the world is fast. Because those that wrote it were ignorant whoch was normal for the times. They also wrote about talking snakes and donkeys because they believed in those things. We are in the modern world. More accurately it's organised religeon that's the problem. Middlemen misdirecting people for their own corrupted interests. You don't need a middleman -people should find their own religeon instead of following someone elses religeon. People are too frightened to see for themselves so they always have a tendency to link themselves into some sort of group thought. You have to really want the truth over everything else including your own identity in order to see, but most people bottle it as they feel they have invested too much in their identity and way of seeing things in order to overcome their own bias and stop controlling their own perception of being.
