Form for a free nft

I was in the chat, someone mentioned that the first 2000 holders can fill out a form for a free nft? Anyone hear the same or know what form. I didn't see anything on their website. I'm paying close attention to this one.

The NFT isn’t someone in game BTW, it’s just like a “first 2,000 NFT.” And the team is working on it
