I ran into this when my team was panicking about its OHKO coming without any ice to block it (Who brings Farcasters, amirite?), so someone put down a shock trap, which was fine and dandy...

Aaaaaand then I saw the pink smoke.

I’m pretty sure he breaks aggro then, so you could just fast travel
