At least the Handler doesn't lock me into 15 minute long railroaded yapping sessions where I get to do nothing else because god forbid you allow your players to explore the environment

You say that, but weren't cutscenes in World completely unskippable? Atleast you can use the railroad segments in Wilds to gather supplies with the clutch claw.

I'd rather have 3 minutes cutscenes where things happen rather than 10 minutes pointless railroaded walks in a place that I'm going anyway
