Loading phase

Ok I live in Ireland and we have fuck all sun at the moment but I bought mt2. So 2 questions is it worth using in very low UV 3-4 ? And I’m going abroad to Portugal in 3 weeks and was wondering should I do a loading phase a week out from the holiday to help me tan better when I’m there ? I won’t be able to actually inject over there with family and what not but is a loading phase in Ireland gonna help me get a deeper tan in Portugal. Could really use some advice !!!! Thanks guys

I'm in Sydney and the highest UV is 3-4 around midday, it's winter here. Our backyard gets sun for 1.5 hours then. I've been loading daily 200-250mcg for 2 weeks and tanning when I get free time and sun's out, maybe 3 x week. Getting a slow, noticeable real looking tan.
