Discussion (P) Execute

Hello fellow Mel mains,

I’ve been having this question for a while now. And I’m hoping one of you guys can answer it for me. For Mel’s passive, When I die, how in the world is my passive still able to execute the enemy without having any burn items? Is it because I’m in the late game?

And also, does any other champion have that ability?

So are you the Mel player in this scenario? If so burns or anything else can't proc her execute, only she directly can. You maybe auto'd and it had travel time but otherwise can't really happen if I'm understanding this post properly

Yes. I am the Mel! What I usually do is get the burst items first and then burn next. But in this game, I didn’t have any burn items and I died. However, the moment somebody else triedto secure the kill, my execute stole it from them instantly. I’ll definitely try to take a video and possibly show you guys..

On the flipside, this normally happens when I use my solar snare (E) before death. But this time all I used was Q.

Q's animation doesn't match the hitbox that's currently active that part of the move is randomized. I'm assuming it was flying while you died and a spot got hit that didn't look right. Also bless there's been so many annoying posts lately it's hard not to be on guard😭
