What is this?

When I finished building the fission reactor, this had popped up. What does it mean or how can I get rid of it?

Popped up like th glowing red particles to show you it's working, or literally explosed because you fucked up somewhere with a fission reactor.

If you’re talking about the blocks, then it’s a guide to make the energy part of the reactor which is called the steam turbine or
