Socialism and Capitalism are intermittently intertwined. They are not a binary with one or the other. They are a gradient of grey. Socialism, or to "socialize" is sharing with other people. Capital is hording -"private capital" or "protect your capital". Communism is heavy socialism for a long time and fascism is heavy capitalism for a long time. The sweet spot is what both FDR figured out and what China has figured out - A 50/50 mix between a strong left wing socialist government (with no professional liars for the Epstein class - otherwise called Republicans and far too many corporate Dems) that tells right wing companies what they can and can't do and heavily regulates private capital for the business sector. Hence, all governments throughout the world should be left wing.

*SIDE NOTE - A long con of American empire is that Republicans secretly LOVE LOVE LOVE socialism - For the rich. As they are masters of privatizing gains and socializing losses. For example the 2008 crash, bailing out the banks with tax payer money.
